Attendees will have the opportunity to identify processes in their area that could be more engaging and benefit from the addition of some fun as well as learn how to get started introducing this concept to their team.
Coaching is a vital role of a leader in a management system that aims to create a culture of daily team-based problem solving. But what is coaching and how might that be different from the way I currently lead my team? Why do we coach? What are the keys to great coaching? In this session, we will begin to answer these questions and discuss the role coaching plays in, not only engaging, but bringing the best out of every team member.
